Alsip Woman Accused of Forging Prescription at Oak Lawn Pharmacy
Prosecutors said woman forged prescription for drug used to treat ADHD and narcolepsy.

OAK LAWN, IL -- A prescription that did not appear valid led to the arrest of an Alsip woman on a felony forgery charge.
Callie Heath, 34,went to Walgreens at 6001 W. 95th St. in Oak Lawn on Feb. 19 where she allegedly tried to pass a prescription for 60 Adderall. The prescription did not appear authentic and aroused the suspicions of the pharmacist, prosecutors said in court.
The pharmacist called the doctor whose name appeared on the prescription. She said she not write a prescription for Heath.

Oak Lawn police were notified. When Heath was arrested on Feb. 21 when police said she came to pick up the prescription.
According to WebMD, Adderall is used to treat attention deficit hyperactivity disorder and narcolepsy.

Heath was released on a $10,000 I-bond. The judge also ordered random drug testing. Her next court date is March 9 in Bridgeview.
