OAK LAWN, IL — The King of Spades remains hidden, which means another rollover and an even bigger jackpot for Park Lawn's Crown the King at Birdies Sports Bar & Grill.
During Tuesday night's drawing, the winning ticket belonged to F.M. XXX-XXX-9141, who selected Card #49, revealing the 8 of Hearts.
F.M. wins 24 tickets into next week's drawing, while the Crown the King jackpot climbs to more than $13,815.
The next drawing will take place Tuesday, October 6 at 7 p.m. at Birdies Sports Bar & Grill, 4036 W. 111th Street in Oak Lawn.
And with October arriving, Crown the King isn't the only reason to make a trip to Birdies.
🎃 Birdies is getting seriously spooky!
The restaurant and bar has transformed for Halloween with decorations throughout the venue, giving Crown the King players another reason to come early, enjoy dinner and drinks, take in the Halloween atmosphere and grab their tickets before the drawing.
"Crown the King has become about so much more than the drawing," said Mark Dynia, Marketing & Community Relations Manager at Park Lawn. "It's a fun Tuesday night at Birdies where people come together, enjoy themselves and support Park Lawn at the same time. Now with all the Halloween decorations, you really have to see the place in person. Birdies went all out."
The goal is simple: find the King of Spades.
If the King of Spades is selected and the winner is present, the winner receives 60% of the jackpot. If the winner is not present, the prize is 50% of the jackpot.
Tickets are:
