Aperion Care Oak Lawn Honors December Employees of the Month
Aperion Care Oak Lawn is proud to honor those staff members that go above and beyond like Reginald Smith and Diane Ziglar.

“Caring for our seniors is perhaps the greatest responsibility we have. Those who walked before us have given so much and made possible the life we all enjoy.”
- John Hoeven
Working in a skilled nursing center requires a dedication to the wellbeing of those who often cannot take care of themselves. It’s hard but rewarding work. For the month of December, Aperion Care Oak Lawn is honoring our Caregivers of the Month—those staff members for whom caring is in their DNA: Reginald Smith and Diane Zigar of the nursing and CNA departments. They are certified nursing assistants and exceptional staff members who go above and beyond the call of duty, unselfishly assisting any time they’re called upon for help. It’s not uncommon to see Reginald go the extra mile for each resident. He is never too busy to help out a family member or resident. And, Diane is known for her personal care with residents and assisting them to look and feel their best. They are a big help to their fellow staff members, and their kindness and compassion are deeply appreciated by the residents as well.
