Armed Robber With Limp Holds Up Oak Lawn Subway Restaurant: Police
Alleged robber displayed handgun and demanded money before limping away, Oak Lawn cops say.

OAK LAWN, IL -- Oak Lawn police have released a surveillance photo of a man suspected of robbing a sandwich shop on Tuesday evening.
At 9 p.m. Dec. 20, officers responded to a report of a robbery at Subway, 9610 S. Cicero Ave. The investigation revealed that male black entered the store and after a few minutes inside, displayed a handgun and demanded all the money in the register, police said in a news release.
The alleged robber is reported to be about 50-years-old and walked with a limp. He was wearing a black coat with tan or gray sleeves, a black knit hat, jeans and dark colored boots. He left the scene on foot. A photo of the suspect was captured at the scene.
