Arrest Warrant Issued for Alleged Condom-Swisher Sweet Thief

Oak Lawn detective says man defrauded gas station out of $500.

An Oak Lawn police detective was in court seeking an arrest warrant for a man accused of using deceptive practices to cheat a gas station out of $500.

The detective told the judge that DeJon Irving visited the Citgo Station, 6801 W. 87th St., Oak Lawn, on Oct. 21, 2015.

Irving bought $500 worth of condoms, Swisher Sweets and tobacco and paid for their merchandise with a credit card, the detective said.
