Saying that this place had terrible customer service is being kind. I had an issue with my phone that I had gotten from this store 8 months ago. The sales staff is different and the experience was poor. I walked in with a problem and walked out with two! I called customer service this morning and, thankfully they were able to test my phone over the phone and have sent a replacement out to me. The sales person I dealt with had no idea what he was talking about and should go through training. I now know why people in line were waiting for the one salesman in particular. Take your business to another TMobile store for help.
