“Of all the places we’ve opened in the Chicago area, Oak Lawn has been the most business friendly,” said Adam Cummis, president of Levy Family Partners Restaurant Management LLC.

Guests will be able to choose from one of the restaurant’s 11-inch signature pizzas, or build their own pie selecting from dozens of fresh spices, meats and cheeses, for about $8.

In addition to pizza, the restaurant also offers salads and s’more pies for dessert.

“Most people will order salads and a pizza to share,” Cummis said. “What you don’t eat you can take home.”

Blaze Fast Fire’d Pizza is located in 6230 W. 95th St., Oak Lawn, next to Chipotle.

Levy Family Partners has a deal to develop 15 Blaze Pizza restaurants in the Chicago area. After Oak Lawn, the firm is planning to open locations in Oak Brook Terrace this fall, and Orland Park, Oswego and Berwyn next spring.
