Brass Knuckles Found in Olds Cutlass on Pulaski Road: Cops
Driver was stopped in Oak Lawn for incident originating in Evergreen Park, reports said.

OAK LAWN, IL -- Oak Lawn police found brass knuckles in an Olds Cutlass during a traffic stop. The driver of the car had apparently been involved in an incident originating in Evergreen Park, police reports said.
Mark Brown Jr., 29, of Harvey, was charged with unlawful use of a weapon, driving without insurance and no driver’s license. Oak Lawn police saw a red Olds Cutlass connected to possible domestic disturbance in Evergreen Park.
According to the report, officers saw the car turn into a shopping center parking lot in the 9500 block of West Pulaski Road. The driver, later identified as Brown, made a U-turn and started heading back to Pulaski. Officers stopped the car and spoke to the driver.

Brown allegedly admitted to being involved in a disagreement with his child’s mother. He was unable to show police his driver’s license or proof of insurance. He was taken into custody. Officers searched his car and found brass knuckles in the center console, police said.
Evergreen Park police located the mother of Brown’s child and determined that no domestic disturbance occurred. Brown was charged with unlawful possession of a weapon, driving without a license and no proof of insurance. He was being held pending bond.
