The U.S. Navy JROTC physical fitness team from Richards High School took second place out of 24 teams at the Bloom Trail PT competition on Saturday, September 24.
Bulldog Company captured second place in the 6x50 yard relay, fourth place in the glider relay, and fifth place in dodgeball.
Students earning individual awards included Abigail Schrode, first place, women's curlups (110 in 2 minutes); Fatma Rabahi, second place in women’s curlups, 100; Katelynn Slehofer, third place, women's curlups, 85; and, Bella Carrig, fifth place in women’s curlups, 76. Joe Cella tied for third in men's pushups with a total of 76 in 2 minutes.
