Burbank 2017 Sex Offender Safety Map

There are 14 registered sex offenders living in Burbank, including one whose whereabouts are currently unknown.

BURBANK, IL -- Fall is a good time to take inventory of who is living in your neighborhood, especially before the kids go out trick or treating for Halloween. In accordance with the Illinois Sex Offender Registration Act, local law enforcement is required to make at least one in-person, random check at the registered sex offender’s residence.

There are currently 14 registered sex offenders living in the Burbank community. The whereabouts of 45-year-old convicted sex predator Torrey Gray are unknown. Gray was convicted of aggravated criminal sexual abuse. His victim was 13 and Gray was 18 at the time of the offense.

Registered sex offenders are prohibited from passing out candy on Halloween. They may not appear in public wearing a Halloween costume or other child-centered character, such as Santa Claus and the Easter Bunny. Registered sex offenders, however, may wear a Halloween costume in their home, according to the Illinois Sex Offender Registry.
