Burbank Floods Again
Flood waters at 84th and Mulligan (one block east of Narragansett).
Burbank was hard hit by last night’s torrential thunderstorms. Residents had to drive cautiously to get through the water, which at some areas were nearly 2 foot high.
Many roads were closed, so drivers had to take detours to get to their destinations.
