Burbank Man Dies After Falling Off Bridge In River North
The 18-year-old was sitting on the rail of the bridge when he accidentally fell backwards, police said.

CHICAGO, IL — A Burbank man died after falling off a bridge Monday night in River North. The incident happened in the 400 block of North Rush around 10:20 p.m., police said. He died of head trauma, according to the Cook County Medical Examiner's Office.
Matthew Lukaszczyk, 18, was sitting on the rail of a crossover bridge when he accidentally fell backwards onto the sidewalk below, according to police.
He was taken to Northwestern Memorial Hospital and was later pronounced dead, police said.
