If you understand dementia, navigating an individual’s tricky or challenging behaviors is filtered through a different lens. This program will educate on some specific behaviors and discuss potential creative responses for more harmonious outcomes. This program also leans heavily on treating residents as adults and interacting with dignity and respect, despite their actions. Responses to tricky behaviors should be nothing less than honorable and full of integrity.
