Park Lawn is proud to partner with the American Red Cross to host a community Blood Drive on Monday, June 22, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Park Lawn, located at 10833 Laporte Avenue in Oak Lawn.
Community members are encouraged to donate blood and help address the ongoing need for lifesaving blood donations throughout local hospitals and healthcare facilities. Every donation can help patients battling cancer, individuals undergoing surgery, accident victims, and others facing medical emergencies.
“Blood donations are critically important and truly save lives,” said Mark from Park Lawn. “This blood drive is an opportunity for our community to come together and make a direct impact for patients and families in need.”
As a thank-you to donors, everyone who donates blood during the event will receive a coupon for a FREE 6-inch Deep Dish Pizza courtesy of Lou Malnati’s Pizzeria.
Appointments are encouraged using the QR code featured on promotional materials to help the American Red Cross estimate donor participation, though walk-ins will also be welcome throughout the event.
Donors are reminded to:
• Bring a photo ID
• Eat a healthy meal before donating
• Stay hydrated prior to their appointment
