Gail Morales helps beginners strengthen, stretch, focus, tap into their breath and feel better with chair yoga. Performing yoga with a chair can provide support and protect against falls and injury. Patrons are encouraged to listen to their bodies and move accordingly. Seating is limited. Funded by the AgeOptions Library CARES ARPA grant. Attendees participate at their own risk.
