Cayla Neville Contributes To OLCHS Girls Volleyball 's Early Success
Cayla Neville has stepped up in a huge way by taking on the challenges of playing six rotations for Oak Lawn Spartans girls volleyball.

OAK LAWN, IL — With last year’s leading player Kate Dillon out for the season with an injury, someone needed to step up for the Oak Lawn Community High School girls volleyball team. That someone is senior Cayla Neville. And she has stepped up in a huge way by taking on the challenges of playing six rotations for the Spartans.
Neville grabbed the opportunity to stay on the court and is running with it. She currently leads the team in kills, blocks, and receptions. However, her biggest contribution to the Spartans’ early-season success has been her elevated attitude on the court.
“Cayla stepped up to a huge challenge this year,” said OLCHS head coach Kathleen Miller. “She worked incredibly hard in the summer, and it paid off. Her optimism and energy have been consistent on the court, and her leadership is one of the reasons we are having success early in the season.”
