Cheating in Girlfriend's Car Blows Up in Boyfriend's Face When She Catches Him: Prosecutor
Prosecutors said man was having oral sex in girlfriend's car when he was confronted and then drove into another car.

A man who used his girlfriend’s car to cheat on her has been charged with aggravated battery after he dragged her with the car during a struggle for the ignition key, prosecutors said.
Oak Lawn Police said the girlfriend caught her boyfriend, Michael Gallagher, 36, having oral sex with another person in her car near 96th Street and Kilpatrick Avenue on Nov. 10.

When she tried to get her key out of the ignition, Gallagher started the car, partially dragging her and hitting another vehicle ahead of them, prosecutors said.
The girlfriend was treated for contusions at Advocate Christ Medical Center, according to the complaint.

The assistant public defender told the judge the couple shares an apartment in Oak Lawn. Bail was set at $50,000.
The judge also ordered the couple to have no contact with each other while the case is pending. Gallagher’s next hearing is scheduled for Dec. 3 in Bridgeview.
