Chicago Department of Aviation Hosts Community Career Fair

CHICAGO, IL — Representatives from companies will be meeting with job seekers interested in working at Chicago’s two airports on Feb. 27 at the Chicago Department of Aviation Job Fair. The fair runs from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Olive-Harvey College, 10001 S. Woodlawn Ave., Chicago. Doors open at 9:30 a.m.

Job seekers will be able to attend on-site workshops to develop job searching, resume writing, interviewing and employable skills during the fair. Company representatives are looking to hire individuals to work at O’Hare and Midway International Airports. According to the aviation department, hundreds of part-time and full-time opportunities are available, including:

• Cargo
• Concessions
• Construction
• Apprenticeships
• Security and more
