Chicago Man Arrested For Urinating In Hotel Parking Lot: Cops
Cops said man pulled his pants down and urinated in Hilton Oak Lawn parking lot in broad daylight.

OAK LAWN, IL -- A Chicago man was arrested after he urinated in the parking lot of an Oak Lawn hotel, reports said. Rajah C. Gardner, 33, is charged with disorderly conduct.
Oak Lawn police arrived at the Hilton Oak Lawn, 9333 S. Cicero Ave., around 10:44 a.m. July 27. The code enforcement officer told police that he saw Gardner exit his 1999 Buick Century and pull down his pants. Police said Gardner exposed himself and urinate in the parking lot. The code enforcement officer confronted Gardner and radioed for backup.
The arriving officer asked Gardner why he didn’t just use one of the numerous bathrooms inside the hotel to relieve himself, instead of in the parking lot in broad daylight with a lot of people around.

Garner allegedly told police that “I didn’t think it was a big deal to [urinate] here.” Gardner was issue a village citation. He as an adjudication hearing Aug. 2 at Oak Lawn Village Hall.
