CHSD 218 hosting Educator Job Fair on Saturday

Community High School District 218 (CHSD 218) invites the community to its Educator Job Fair on Saturday from 9 a.m. to noon at its Administrative Center, 10701 S. Kilpatrick Ave., Oak Lawn.

Attendees will be able to learn more about open positions such as teacher, social worker, school psychologist, paraprofessional, school nurse, and speech pathologist.

CHSD 218’s partner schools will be at the event. They are District 125, District 127, District 127.5, District 130, District 143, District 143.5, and Eisenhower Cooperative.

CHSD 218 is made up of three comprehensive high schools: Alan B. Shepard in Palos Heights, Dwight D. Eisenhower in Blue Island, and Harold L. Richards in Oak Lawn. CHSD 218 also has two smaller schools: Delta & Summit Learning Center in Crestwood and the Adult Transition Program in Oak Lawn.

“Our schools provide programming that meet the needs and interests of all of our students,” said CHSD 218 Superintendent Dr. Josh Barron. “We have a robust career tech education program, dual credit program, advanced placement, and college prep. There is something here for every student.”
