Community Pharmacy Celebrates Grand Opening on 95th Street

A new, independently-owned community pharmacy will officially mark its grand opening with a weeklong celebration April 30 to May 7.

Oak Lawn Health Mart Pharmacy is conveniently located at 4700 W. 95th St. in Oak Lawn, near Advocate Christ Medical Center and Little Company of Mary Hospital, as well as LCMH’s urgent care center in Oak Lawn.

The store is owned by pharmacist-in-charge Hadia Alhalabi, who has chosen to partner with Health Mart, a fast-growing independent pharmacy network in the United States that allows independently-owned, community pharmacies to compete with the big chains.

Oak Lawn Health Mart offers free delivery, fast prescription service and friendly reminder calls for prescription refills. The pharmacy accepts most major health insurance plans at the same co-pays as national chains by offering competitive pricing and affordable, high quality, over-the-counter health products.
