Cook County Sheriff's Police Looking For Runaway Mental Patient
Christian Olson ran away from Madden Mental Health Center early Tuesday morning and should not be approached, police said.

HINES, IL -- Police are searching for a man who reportedly ran away from a state psychiatric facility early Tuesday morning. Cook County Sheriff Tom Dart is asking the public to keep an eye out for 49-year-old Christian Olson, who was a patient at the Madden Mental Health Center in west suburban Hines.
Olson is stands 6-feet-3-inches tall and weighs 260 pounds. He is white, with blue eyes and graying hair. Olson has scars and bruises on his right hand and left wrist. He also has scars on his chest and knees.
Police say Olson was last seen running from the hospital, located at 1200 S. 1st Ave. around 12:24 a.m.

Anyone who encounters Olson should call 911 immediately. He should not be approached.
