CHICAGO RIDGE, IL — Saturday, Nov. 6, is the last day area residents can get a COVID-19 vaccination at Chicago Ridge Mall, Ridgeland Avenue and 95th Street. Shots will be administered from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The Cook County Department of Public Health has set up a “tent city” outside the mall, where First doses, second doses, kids doses and booster shots will be available, including Pfizer, Moderna and Johhson & Johnson.

If you need a free ride to the mall, take advantage of the county’s "Destination: Vaccination" program. Simply call 833-308-1988 to schedule your ride. If you have a physical challenge or require a child seat, "Destination: Vaccination" has you covered.

If you can't make this event, visit the CCDPH calendar of upcoming vaccination clinics and other public health events. With the upcoming holidays, it’s important that adults and eligible children be immunized as families gather for the first time in over a year.
