Culver's in Oak Lawn Hosting Walk-In Job Interviews, Aug. 27

OAK LAWN, IL -- Culver’s is hosting walk-in interviews from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Saturday, Aug. 27, for its new location in Oak Lawn, which is slated to open next month.

Interested applicants can drop by Culver’s in Bridgeview at 9229 S, Harlem Ave. to meet the new Oak Lawn staff and learn more about becoming part of the Culver’s Blue Crew. Some of the positions available include:.

• Kitchen team members, including fryers, grill and dressing buns.
• Front team members, including cashiers, drive thru, dessert specialists, dining room and food runners
• Food prep, porter and morning set up team

The Oak Lawn location is also offering team members opportunities for advancement to management positions by working their way through Culver’s training program.
“We train hard and love to promote within,” Culver’s regional manager Amanda Hajek said via email. “Interested parties with management experience can be fast tracked through the training process.”
Crew positions start at $8.50-$8.75 per hour, but hourly salaries can be negotiated for candidates with prior fast casual dining experience.

Culvers in Oak Lawn will also be at the Oak Lawn Jobs Fair from 3 to 7 p.m. Aug. 30, at the Johnson-Phelps VFW Post at 9514 S. 52nd Ave., Oak Lawn.
