According to the charges, Schwanbeck admitted that the cocaine and pot were his. The prosecutor said that Schwanbeck was the target of the warrant.
Schwanbeck’s attorney debated that his client was the target of the warrant.

“He is not the target. I don’t know anything about the admissions,” the attorney said. “The DEA may have executed the warrant but didn’t sign it. The warrant hasn’t been returned.”
The attorney said that both offenses were probational.
Cook County Judge Peter Felice set bail at $10,000. He ordered Schwanbeck to under random drug testing while his case is pending.
Schwanbeck is due back in court May 5 in Bridgeview.
