Doc on the minds of Shepard coaches, players

Dr. Robert Manoogian has faithfully served the Shepard High School community since the doors opened in 1976. Remarkably, he has attended every home Shepard football game to serve as team doctor until this season.

Over the summer, Doc suffered a serious health scare. He's improved but still has a long road ahead of him. Doc remains in the thoughts of Shepard coaches and players.

Prior to the first game of the season, the varsity team and coaches gathered it the locker room to deliver a message. Athletic Director Curry Gallagher also appears in this video along with highlights from the first game.
