Drug Sting Target Nabbed With Fake Whizzinator Penis: Prosecutor

Oak Lawn police found drug screening device at probation office when they arrested the man after controlled drug buys, prosecutor said.

OAK LAWN, IL -- The target of three controlled drug buys was found outfitted with a prosthetic penis and bag of synthetic urine when police arrested him during an appointment with his probation officer, prosecutors said.

Vincent Ozburn, 35, appeared before Cook County Judge Steven Rosenblum on three felony counts of delivery of a controlled substance and a misdemeanor charge of defrauding a drug test. A violation of probation was also filed against Ozburn for another pending drug case.

The prosecutor said that Ozburn had been targeted in controlled drug buys arranged by Oak Lawn police with a confidential source. Ozburn was observed by police allegedly selling drugs to their source on three different occasions.

After meeting with the source, Ozburn would quickly return to the residence. Police would meet up with the controlled source to confirm the drugs. During the first buy, the prosecutor said that Ozburn sold eight plastic bags of clonazepam and three Xanax pills.

In the second buy on July 30, police observed Ozburn allegedly selling the source 15 pills of alprazolam. On Aug. 1 Ozburn was said to have sold six aluminum foil balls of a gummy substance to the source, which the prosecutor said was LSD.

Ozburn was arrested Aug. 18 at his probation officer’s. When police took him into custody, the prosecutor said police found a Whizzinator, which included a synthetic penis with a hose running to a small pouch filled with synthetic urine. The cops said the pouch was attached to a jock strap.

The prosecutor said Ozburn admitted to using the device during drug screenings at other meetings with his probation officer. Ozburn allegedly told police the Whizzinator -- which claims to be the most realistic synthetic urine system on the market -- came with heat packs used to create a warm urine stream designed to fool a drug test.

Ozburn said he used the device at probation checkins because he continued to smoke cannabis, according to police.

The assistant public defender told the judge that Ozburn was an Oak Lawn resident, although court records listed Ozburn’s address in the 10200 block of Huntington Court, Orland Park.

The judge set bail at $25,000 for each of the four charges for a total of $100,000. Ozburn was ordered held without bail for allegedly violating probation. He is due back in court on the new charges Sept. 15.
