
Principal Ben Blakeley and Eisenhower High School welcomed two new faculty members for the 2022-2023 school year.
The new staff members include physical education, health and driver education teacher Jonathon Caratachea, who earned a bachelor’s degree from Trinity Christian College; science teacher Arrielle Dacer, who earned a bachelor’s degree from St. Xavier University; English teacher Adam Ebert, who earned a bachelor’s degree from Governors State University and a master’s degree from Olivet Nazarene University.
Also, science teacher Chase Jauch, who earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay and a master’s degree from DePaul University; special education teacher Morgan Kats, who earned a bachelor’s degree from Illinois State University and a master’s degree from Olivet Nazarene University; Family and Consumer Science teacher Jorie Martinez, who earned a bachelor’s degree from Eastern Illinois University.

Also, English Language Learner teacher Griselda Quintero, who earned a bachelor’s degree from DePaul University and master’s degrees from the University of Illinois at Chicago and Northeastern Illinois University; math teacher Matthew Randich, who earned a bachelor’s degree from Illinois State University; Career and Technical Education teacher Matt Scott, who earned bachelor’s degrees from Valley City State University and Purdue University and a master’s degree from Purdue University.
Also, art teacher Rachael Van Den Handel, who earned a bachelor’s degree from Trinity Christian College; and, Dean of Students Keith White, who earned a bachelor’s degree from Southern Illinois University-Carbondale and master’s degrees from Chicago State University, Azusa Pacific University, and Governors State University.
