Eisenhower wrestler named Academic All-State
Nako nominated for Scholastic Wrestler of the Year as well.
Eisenhower High School senior Jason Nako has earned selection as an Academic All-State Wrestler by the Illinois Wrestling Coaches and Officials Association. Jason also has been nominated for the IWCOA Class 3A Scholastic Wrestler of the Year.
Jason won the South Suburban Conference Red Division, IHSA Regional, and IHSA Sectional championships at 220 pounds. He eventually placed fourth in state, the finest season by an Eisenhower wrestler in many
years.
