Oak Lawn police said the man threatened to come back with brothers and "shoot this place up."

OAK LAWN, IL — An Elgin man is accused of firing a gun at a residence following an argument with his girlfriend. Lazeric Lipscomb, 19, appeared Friday before Cook County Judge Donald on a charge of reckless discharge of a firearm and aggravated assault.
Around 9:20 p.m. May 30, Oak Lawn police responded to a domestic disturbance where a shot was fired in the 10800 block of South Komensky Avenue. A woman told officers she was having an argument with Lipscomb while both were parked in his car on her driveway.
The prosecutor said the woman had been in an on again, off again relationship with Lipscomb. Her mother came out and told Lipscomb to leave as the woman was getting out of his car. Lipscomb is said to have told both that he was going to bring his brothers back and “shoot this place up."
