While local schools are closed on Martin Luther King Jr. Day, the Oak Lawn Public Library, 5300 W. 95th St., will host a free movie screening of "Legend of the Guardians: The Owls of Ga'hoole" on Monday, Jan. 17 at 2 p.m. In this 2010 animated, adventure fantasy, a young owl must escape from the clutches of the evil owl army to seek out the legendary Guardians and stop the menace.
