Grabby Woman Invades Cab, Steals Driver's Wallet and Phone: Prosecutor
Oak Lawn woman reached into cab and grabbed the driver's belongings, then ran away to Burbank motel, prosecutor said.

OAK LAWN, IL -- An Oak Lawn woman was arrested after she reached into a cab and stole the driver’s wallet and cell phone, prosecutors said. Deborah Bidochka, 49, appeared before Cook County Judge Donald Havis on charges of vehicular invasion.
Bidochka was with another person near 94th Street and Hilton Drive around 3:52 a.m. Dec. 28, when police said she reached into the cab driver’s vehicle and grabbed his cell phone and wallet. The cab driver called police on a second phone.
The credit card was used almost immediately to charge $10.80 at a BP station. Bidchoka was traced to the Aloha Motel in Chicago. The BP clerk identified her at 5:16 a.m. as the person who had been at the store earlier to make a credit card purchase, the prosecutor said.
