OAK LAWN, IL — Oak Lawn police took 27 bags of crack cocaine and 44 bags of heroin off the streets after officers interrupted two separate hand-to hand drug sales, prosecutors said. The prosecutors said that officers watched a man, later identified as Kindred, drive up in a vehicle where he was approached by a person on foot. Kindred was stopped when it was discovered that he was driving on a suspended license, according to the charges. Police said Kindred was found with four bags of heroin.
