Woman were sexually assaulted after drinking Fireball shots, prosecutor said.

Zuhair Boudaz, 32 | Cook County Sheriff
Hickory Hills, IL, June 24, 2016 -- A Hickory Hills man already charged with sexually assaulting a woman in 2015, is now charged with assaulting her friend at the same party, prosecutors said Friday in court.
Zuhair Boudaz, 32, appeared before Cook County Judge Peter Felice on a new charge of aggravated criminal sexual assault.

According to the allegations, Boudaz was acquainted with the women through two male friends when they met at a bar on Jan. 31, 2015. Around 4 a.m. Boudaz invited the group back to his apartment in the 9400 block of South 85th Court in Hickory Hills, for more drinking.
Boudaz left the apartment to buy more beer and whiskey. The prosecutor said there was a bottle of Fireball already opened at the apartment.

Referring to the women as “Victim 1 and “Victim 2” in court, the prosecutor said after Boudaz returned, he told “Victim 2” to drink from the bottle of Fireball.
The woman began to feel as if she were going to pass out. Boudaz allegedly walked her into the bedroom where she was barely able to stand. He did not return for 20 to 30 minutes after walking the woman to the bedroom, the prosecutor said.
When Boudaz returned to the living room, “Victim 1” and another man were sitting on the couch. By this time, the second man had already left.
The prosecutor said that Boudaz encouraged the woman and man to do a shot from the bottle of Fireball. Both of them soon passed out after drinking the alcohol.
Later that morning, around 11:15 a.m., “Victim 1” woke up in another room with Boudaz allegedly on top of her having unprotected sex without her consent.
“Victim 1” screamed for Boudaz to get off her. She found her friend -- “Victim 2” -- completely naked and lying face down under the covers in another room, the prosecutor said.
“Victim 2” also had bruising on her inner thigh near her vaginal area, and scratches all over her body, according to the new charges.
A swab and rape kit were taken on the second woman. DNA results came back reportedly as a match for Boudaz.
Boudaz, appearing in court wearing a size 2XL tan jail uniform, has been incarcerated since February at Cook County Jail on assault charges for the first woman. The prosecutor said Boudaz has three pending sex assault cases with similar allegations.
Prior to the charges, Zoudaz had no previous criminal background.
The assistant public defender asked the judge about the delay in charges.
“It’s been a year and a half if there was an outcry of credibility,” the assistant public defender said.
Judge Felice set bail at $250,000 for the new charge. Boudaz has a hearing July 20 in Bridgeview.
