High Winds Clobber Oak Lawn

OAK LAWN, IL -- Oak Lawn sustained signification storm damage throughout the village in the early morning hours of Thursday. Public works and ComEd crews have been working throughout the night to respond to reported damage and restore power.

Here's what to do if there is damage in your neighborhood or if you're without power:

SAFETY: If you have down power lines or other life threatening situations call 911.

PROPERTY DAMAGE: Contact your insurance provider and document damage(s) before attempting to make repairs.
