OAK LAWN, IL —Registration is now open for one of Oak Lawn’s most beloved traditions: Howl-O-Ween, the spooky extravaganza at Wolfe Wildlife Refuge that will take place on Saturday, Oct. 23.
From 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., families will enjoy a scavenger hunt, pumpkin decorating, arts and crafts, a campfire, character performances, photo ops and more, according to the Oak Lawn Park District.
Participants are required to register in advance for a time slot. Each slot is limited to four groups, with a maximum of five people per group. The time selected is the start time, and participants are asked not to arrive to the registration table more than five minutes earlier than the start time.
