Jersey Mike's Subs Celebrates Grand Opening on 95th Street

OAK LAWN, IL -- Jersey Mike’s Subs throws open it doors this Wednesday, Jan. 18, at 4807 W. 95th St., Oak Lawn. The Oak Lawn location will be open 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily.

Kyle Shimmons, who with his dad, owns 12 Jersey Mike’s franchises, with their new Oak Lawn shop being lucky 13. Shimmons promises a high-energy opening week.

To celebrate their Wednesday grand opening, for the first five days, residents will be able to redeem coupons for a free regular sub with $2 going to Oak Lawn Community High School, Richards High School and Park Lawn Services.

Jersey Mike’s offers East Coast style cold and hot subs, including classic Italian and American, turkey, BLT and roast beef subs. The menu also features hot subs grilled fresh to order, including a variety of beef and chicken Phillys, chicken parm, pastrami reubens, and meatball and meatball and cheese.

Jersey Mike’s is always looking for local non-profits to bring on as fundraising partners.
“We’re philanthropic,” Shimmon said. “We want to be more of the fabric of the community than a business.”

Jersey Mike’s is located at 4807 W. 95th St., on the southwest corner of 95th Street and Cicero Avenue (near Palermo's). There is parking in the rear and the restaurant can be accessed through the parking lot.
