July 4th Fireworks 2022 Near Oak Lawn

OAK LAWN, IL — Cities and counties across the country continue to bring back many of the traditional Independence Day activities that were either canceled or modified the last two years. July 4 is just around the corner, so it's time to find out what Fourth of July fireworks and festivities are going on near you in 2022.

Independence Day Festivities

What: Oak Lawn Independence Day Parade and Concert
Where: 95th Street, from 51st Avenue to 55th Court
When: 4 p.m. July 2
Immediately following the parade, head over to the Oak Lawn Village Green, 9446 S. Raymond Ave., the Midwest’s best country and western tribute band, Young Guns, will be performing a FREE concert.

What: July 4th Fireworks
Where: Richards High School Football Stadium, 107th Street and Central Avenue
When: Dusk, July 4
