Justice Felon Sought for Strange Texts, Gun Threat: Warrant
Arrest warrant issued for convicted felon who bothered neighbor with strange texts and pointed a gun at her, cop says.

JUSTICE, IL -- Cook County Judge Peter Felice issued an arrest warrant for a convicted felon accused of sending strange texts to a neighbor and then pointing a gun at her.
Ralph Miller, 24, of the 8700 block of West 73rd Place, Justice, is wanted on a misdemeanor charge of aggravated battery.
According to a Justice detective, Miller sent “strange texts” to his next door neighbor around 10:45 a.m. Sept. 2. When she went to his home to confront him, he came to a door pointing a silver revolver at her. She went back to her house and called police.

The neighbor reportedly told police that Miller appeared to be under the influence of narcotics. The detective said Miller had already fled the scene by the time police arrived.
Miller is currently on parole for robbery where he had been sentenced to three years in the Illinois Department of Corrections.

“I can’t believe this is a misdemeanor,” Judge said.
“I will attempt to pursue felony charges,” the Justice detective said.
Bail was set at $100,000.
