Kean Brothers Gas is offering a pretty keen promotion In celebration of the Chicago Blackhawks winning their third Stanley Cup Championship in six years.
The family-owned gas station at 111th Street and Talman Avenue (2632 W. 111th St.) gave away free coffee and pop for a day after each series the Hawks won in the playoffs.

“After the Hawks won Monday, I thought, ‘why not for a week,’” Raleigh Kean Jr. said, who handles the day-to-day operations for his dad, Raleigh St., and his uncle, Jim Kean.
An institution in the Beverly and Mt. Greenwood neighborhood, Kean Brothers Gas is one of the last remaining gas stations in America that will actually fill your car with gas and wash your windshield for you. They’ll even check your oil and antifreeze for you upon request. Kean Brothers also offers Flex Fuel 85.

Through Monday, customers will be treated to 12-oz. and 15-oz. coffee and pop.
“We’ve been giving away a lot of free coffee and pop so that’s a good thing,” Raleigh Jr. said.
