Children are invited to participate in Mt. Zion Lutheran Church's living, outdoor Nativity featuring live animals Dec. 10 and Dec. 11.
OAK LAWN, IL — All are welcome to the manager at Mt. Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church for a live, outdoor Nativity Friday, Dec. 10, and Saturday, Dec. 11. The Nativity will start at 7 p.m. both evenings in the church parking lot at 10400 S. Kostner Ave., Oak Lawn.
All children are invited to be part of the Christmas story, which features live animals. Due to CDC guidelines, the church cannot provide costumes, so bring your own if you have one. Angels, shepherds and wise men are suggested. Come even if you don’t have a costume. There are no speaking parts.
Sing carols, pet the animals, and hear the story of Jesus’ birth. Refreshments will be served afterward in the social hall. For more information, call 708-423-6554.
