The Anxiety & Stress Center, P.C. is a multidisciplinary group practice with an immediate part-time position for an independent contractor in the Orland Park office. The position has significant growth potential starting at up to 15 client hours per week primarily in evenings and on Saturday (some daytime availability). We are in need of a generalist who is able to provide psychotherapeutic services across the age span (adults, children, adolescents and families).

• Responsibilities: The psychotherapist will provide assessments, diagnoses and treatment for a wide variety of disorders which may include anxiety disorders, depression, stress management, behavioral problems (i.e.ADHD), grief and loss, gender and sexual minority concerns, trauma/PTSD, body image and disordered eating. Multicultural sensitivity and competence is required to deliver quality treatment to our culturally, ethnically and socioeconomically diverse client population. • Qualifications: We are seeking a licensed clinical social worker who is looking to establish a long term private practice, work in a collaborative and supportive setting and has a commitment to stay current with and incorporate evidence-based treatments. The ideal candidate will have competence in CBT (or ACT), meditation/mindfulness and various forms of integrative therapies. Attention to administrative details (paperwork/charting, phone calls) and good interpersonal skills are excellent assets.
