Teller will provide a complete customer service experience by greeting and thanking customers, completing customer transactions, answering questions, and making appropriate product recommendations. • Senior Teller: Villa Park. In addition to day-to-day teller responsibilities, the Senior teller must also assist in the completion of teller performance reviews and on-going coaching sessions, perform all branch audits, and assist in creating the branch schedule. Must have 3 years’ tellers experience and at least a High School Diploma/GED.
• Personal Banker I: New Lenox. Responsibilities include opening and maintaining accounts, opening and closing branch, performing audits, providing support to the Branch Manager and Assistant Branch Manager by taking and closing loan applications. Must have 1-3 years’ banking experience and at least a High School Diploma/GED, Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
