Woman says she was going up and he was going down, when he turned around and followed her on escalator, Oak Lawn police say.

OAK LAWN, IL -- A Chicago man was arrested for bothering a 22-year-old woman and taking her picture on the escalator at the Oak Lawn Target store, reports said.

Oak Lawn police were dispatched to the store at 4120 W. 95th St. around 8:28 p.m. Oct. 13 for a report of disorderly conduct. While en route, the officer learned that a man, later identified as Green, had fled to the shopping center across the street and was being detained by an off-duty Oak Lawn cop, according to police.

The woman told police she was going up the escalator to shop when she saw Green riding down the escalator. Green turned around and went up to the escalator behind her, reports said.
