Man Disrupts Christ Hospital Cafeteria Shouting Vulgarities: POLICE
Security officers call police when refused to leave hospital until he sobered up, cops say.

A Chicago man was charged with disorderly conduct when he got out of hand at Advocate Christ Medical Center, reports said.
Police said that the man, later identified as David A. Wilczak, 45, was eating in the hospital restaurant at 4440 W. 95th St., around 12:05 p.m. Sept. 11, when he struck up a conversation with a woman.

The woman wanted to get away from him, and when she rebuffed his attempts at conversation, he started yelling, “b-----!,” reports said. A security officer intervened and escorted Wilczak out of the restaurant to the hospital’s main entrance.
Wlczak allegedly yelled and continued to use vulgar language. Police said the security officer detected a strong odor of alcohol coming from Wilczak, and told him to leave until he sobered up.

Wilczak said he wasn’t leaving because his father was having surgery, reports said. The security officer then called Oak Lawn police.
Wilczak allegedly became combative when being booked on a disorderly conduct charge at the police station. He was brought to the ground and placed in a cell, police said.
