Man Falls Two Stories at Toyota Park During Music Fest: Report
Bridgeview police spokesman says man was sitting on railing when he fell two stories hitting pavement below at the Chicago Open Air Festival

Bridgeview, IL -- A 29-year-old man was taken to the hospital Friday evening after he fell two stories during opening night of the Chicago Open Air Festival in Bridgeview, according to a police spokesman.
Ray Hanania, spokesman for Bridgeview Police, said a preliminary investigation indicated the man was sitting on a railing on the mezzanine level at Toyota Park when he fell two stories, hitting the pavement.
“Bridgeview police are investigating and it appears to be an accident according to several witnesses and friends who were with him,” Hanania said.

The accident happened around 10:04 p.m. Friday. The man was taken in critical condition to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn.
Friday was opening night of the Chicago Open Air Music Festival featuring three days of heavy metal and hard rock bands.
