Man Wearing Do-Rag Robs Oak Lawn Restaurant: Police

OAK LAWN, IL -- Witnesses reported that an African-American male entered Meatheads, 11026 S. Cicero Ave. around 9:56 p.m. Minutes later, the man displayed a silver handgun. An alarm was activated and the robber fled. No injuries were reported, police said.

The suspect is described as a male black in his late 40s to early 50s, 6-feet-1-inch tall, 220 pounds with a scruffy beard. He was wearing a black-do rag under a golf style hat, blue jeans and gray sweater.
