Missing Sex Offender Playing Cat and Mouse Game With Cops
Summit Police say they have talked to sex offender by phone, but he won't tell them where he's at.

Summit Police requested an arrest warrant for a registered sex offender who turned up missing during a recent address compliance check.
Police told Cook County Judge Peter Felice that they went to Hernandez’s last known address at 7301 W. Archer Ave., 2nd Floor, Summit.

When officers went to the address on a random compliance check, police said Hernandez was not living there.
According to the officer who requested the warrant, he said that he’s spoken to Hernandez several times by phone, but Hernandez won’t say where he is living.

Hernandez, 26, was convicted of two counts of criminal sexual abuse by force. His victim was 14 at the time of the offense, Hernandez was 22.
