Moraine Valley Hosts Government And Municipal Hiring Event
Dozens of government agencies and municipalities will be on hand Jan. 26 interviewing job hunters at Moraine Valley Community College.
PALOS HILLS, IL — Moraine Valley Community College is hosting a government and municipal hiring event on Thursday, Jan. 26, 9 a.m. to noon, in the Moraine Business and Conference Center (Building M), 9000 W. College Parkway, Palos Hills.
Several employers will be in attendance, including the Illinois Department of Revenue, Cook County Sheriff's Office, Pace Bus, Metropolitan Water Reclamation District and several villages and cities. These organizations are hiring for a variety of salaried and open positions from human resources, accounting, public works and fleet manager to patrol officers, desk clerks, firefighters and paramedics.
Attendees should bring a minimum of 15 resumes, wear interview attire and be prepared for on-site interviews. This event is sponsored by the Illinois Department of Employment Security and Chicago Cook Workforce Partnership.
