Morphine Taken from Car
Woman was packing car and left bag in trunk when she went back into house to get more items, cops said.
OAK LAWN, IL -- Burglars hit a car parked in the driveway of a home in the 9500 block of South Kilbourn sometime before 3:19 p.m. Oct. 22.
Police said the woman placed a blue nylon bag into the trunk, that contained clothing, toiletries, hair straightener, morphine, Norco, Cymbalta and Atenolol. When she returned, the nylon bag was gone.
The woman filed a delayed police report because she was concerned about the medications. She claimed to have prescriptions for all of the drugs.
